Poland Spring Resort may be the best vacation values in New England! A gorgeous facility with many amenities with 3 inns, 10 cottages, 18 hole championship golf course, bocce, grass tennis courts, swimming pool, museums, boating and more for our resort guests to enjoy. There are three restaurants to choose from during your stay. The Maine Inn hosts an all you can eat buffet for breakfast and supper and you can also enjoy nightly entertainment with live bands and summer theater. You can stop by Mel’s Hilltop which overlooks the golf course and mountains or stop by Cyndi’s Dockside for wonderful lakeside dining. The Resort also hosts wedding receptions, golf tournaments, day outings for companies and much more.

The Links at Poland Spring is the oldest golf course built at a resort in America. The original nine holes were designed by Arthur Fenn in 1896 and. In 1913, Donald Ross of Pinehurst fame added another nine holes and redesigned the original nine. Fellow World Golf Hall of Fame member, Walter Travis added his own touch a few years later. It is truly one of the great treasures at Poland Spring where you play on a historic course with fantastic views of the White Mountains and surrounding lakes. Golfers of all abilities will love the layout!

Cyndi’s Dockside Restaurant & Boathouse has delicious Maine Lobsters, Harvest Hill natural range fed burgers, fried clams, haddock and many daily specials! Enjoy indoor and outdoor seating with beautiful lake views. Rent a kayak, canoe, rowboat, paddle boat or even go fishing to catch “the big one.”

There is a reason Maine is called “Vacationland.” Thanks to its unique natural setting a visitor to the state can find an endless variety of things to do. Shop in the nationally known outlets of Freeport and then go for a whale watch, visit a museum or visit a local flea market. You never know what you’ll find around the next corner, which is part of the fun of visiting Maine. A proud member of The Gems of 26, guests have the opportunity to visit the Maine Wildlife Park (guaranteed to see a moose), Sabbathday Lake Shaker Village (the only active community in the world), Poland Spring Preservation Park (visit the original source of Poland Spring Water), the Maine State Building (built for the Columbian Worlds Fair), Harvest Hill Farm and Petting Barn, and McLaughlin Gardens; all within 20 minutes from your room!

Our rates are unheard for a resort with so much beauty and amenities. The Resort is open from mid May until mid October, and coming soon the one of our Inns, The Lodge will be open year round for winter travelers. Visit us at www.polandspringinns.com
