As an independently operated life care community, RiverWoods offers significant peace of mind, with guaranteed lifetime access to private rooms in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing if ever needed, with no time limit and no significant increase in fee (just a small charge for two additional meals per day). Your assets are preserved as well, since 90% of the first person entrance fee you pay is refundable to you or your estate.
