Admissions
The College of William and Mary School of Business seeks prospective MBA students from a wide range of academic fields and professional experiences who demonstrate strong leadership skills and have clear professional goals. We select those candidates who we believe will succeed at William and Mary and throughout their chosen careers. The Admissions Committee considers the following aspects of a candidate’s profile when evaluating each application: a demonstrated record of achievement, prior academic performance, breadth and depth of work experience, demonstrated and/or potential leadership skills, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, solid decision making skills, results orientation, GMAT scores, TOEFL scores (for non-native English speakers), recommendations, and extracurricular and community involvement.
