The GW Health Sciences Programs distance education options provide an opportunity for students to pursue a formal, academic degree or certificate from the convenience of their own homes or office sites. Courses are conducted in flexible, convenient and interactive formats, using a variety of media and technologies. These formats allows easy access to course materials, faculty, healthcare and research experts, as well as other student’s expertise, with an emphasis on online discussion with colleagues and faculty.
On-Campus programs are held in the state-of-the-art GW Hospital, located on GW’s campus in one of the most powerful cities in the world. The facilities house the Clinical Skills Center, which includes the country's premier Surgical Simulation and Demonstration Area. GW is subway accessible; the Foggy Bottom/GWU stop sits immediately outside the Hospital.
