BEAUSSERIE IMMOBILIER SARL was created in 1995 and is part of the FNAIM. Its director, Monsieur Jean-Marie LABRUNE, is an expert in agriculture, land and real estate, recognized by the Ministry for Agriculture. He is also a real estate expert specialising in chateaux and exceptional ruins.

The agency is based in PANAZOL (near LIMOGES), at the heart of the LIMOUSIN-PERIGORD region, with the LOIRE and GARONNE valleys as active territory. This territory, formed from contrasting geologies and topographies, had attracted populations of Acheulean people (500,000 - 600,000 years ago), seduced by the beauty of the area and the pleasant climate.

From the 12th century, the sovereignty of the this part of old Aquitaine was contested many times over the centuries, between the French and English or between the local feudal forces, explaining why so many strongholds or fortress were, from the Middle Ages, installed along the length of this frontier line.

Consequently, thanks to its geographical position, the agency always has in its portfolio around thirty exceptional properties (chateaux, manors, farms, mills, lakes, forests) in a price bracket between 100,000 Euros and 30,000,000 Euros. Currently we have for sale a medieval castle (see photo) classed as a historic monument, sold furnished, at a price of 26,000,000 Euros.

All clients who contact the agency are dealt with by Monsieur LABRUNE or his secretary, who speaks four languages (English, German, Spanish and French).

During the course of each interview with a potential buyer, we try to determine their real motivations and to establish a rigorous selection in such a way that the buyer is perfectly aware of the property before having visited it. Each property is the subject of a serious study formalized by a clear and precise file.

We work in conjunction with Parisian colleagues, but also with international agencies (English, Belgian, Dutch, etc). But the majority of our sales come about thanks to our websites, particularly at the global level (www.beausserie-immobilier.com).

The agency BEAUSSERIE IMMOBILIER tries to establish a trust relationship with its clients with the aim of creating a solid partnership with sellers and buyers.

Finally, and this is important, we are even available at the weekend (by appointment) and we are at the disposal of our clients to collect them from Limoges airport or railway station, for example, or to reserve a hotel for them, a gîte, etc…

The agency BEAUSSERIE IMMOBILIER is therefore both a local and an international agency thanks to its numerous listings in the specialist press, and thanks to our website, linked with the FNAIM group which is one of the most important Federations in France.

Monsieur LABRUNE remains personally at your disposal for all quotes, surveys or transactions concerning prestigious properties: castles, manors, farmlands, vineyards, forests, mills, lakes, etc…
