General:

• The training is suitable for beginners as well as for people with some basic knowledge. Any rudimentary knowledge that a pupil may have will be tested prior to training.

• The various levels build on one another. All skills ( listening, reading, writing, understanding and speech ) are taught. Interaction is first and foremost.

• Text analysis, standing expressions, questions of style, intercultural specialities are also covered.

• Modern media technology assists you in successfully learning the language.

Duration and start:

• Training takes place over a period of 9 months in 3 stages of each 3 months.

• Each stage covers a period of 13 weeks with a total of 390 training sessions.

• All three stages begin on the 1st Monday in March, June + September of a year.

Locations:

• Dortmund / Ruhr Area and Iserlohn / Sauerland

Teachers and size of groups:

• Experienced, qualified teachers teach you in small groups of 6 to 8 people in line with the requirements laid down by the European Council in the "General Reference Framework for Languages".

Additional information:

• After successful conclusion of the training you will receive a certificate stating your performance assessment.

• In addition, we make you fit to take internationally recognised examinations.

• If desired, we also organise individual training with the content agreed upon between pupil and our organisation, e.g. specialist subjects, phonetics and structures.

• We shall be pleased to assist you in obtaining lodgings for the duration of the training. We charge a fee of 100 EUROS per person for finding lodgings.

Enrolment:

• You can enrol either in person, by post or by Internet / E-mail.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.

• Enrolment is only binding when the training fee has been booked to our account No. 001 070 916 at the Stadtsparkasse Dortmund, Bank code 440 501 99. Please make sure you indicate the sender and the required commencement date.

• Last date of enrolment: 4 weeks before the date on which you would like to begin the course.

• Fees already paid will not be refunded after the final date of enrolment has expired. 50% of the amount paid will be refunded up to 4 weeks before training begins.

• The training is suitable for people with an intermediate or advanced knowledge of general German who have to use this language in the office, in business while staying in Germany or abroad. The level will be tested prior the training.

• Business related material is handed out and included in the price.

• The courses can be booked separately, but the levels build on one another. All skills are taught; interaction is first and foremost, while modern media technology assists you in successfully learning the business language.

• Training takes place over a period of 8 weeks with a total of 240 training sessions

• Both trainings begin on the 1st Monday in February, April, June, August and October of a year.

Locations:

• Dortmund / Ruhr Area and Iserlohn / Sauerland

Teachers and size of groups:

• Qualified teachers with a business background who are also experienced in „on-the-job training“ will teach you in small groups with 4 to 7 individuals.
