Inspiration and Vision Create Opportunity
The University of Miami recently completed a $24 million award-winning facility for the exclusive use of graduate business students. Amphitheater-style classrooms encourage interaction, allowing students to learn not only from their professors but also from each other. Students collaborate with peers to analyze problems and formulate strategies. New theories are formed and tested under expert tutelage, and each day brings new opportunities to succeed and learn. The recipient of a $3 million endowment, the Judi Prokop Newman Business Information Center functions as a “virtual library” featuring the latest and most sophisticated tools in research technology.

Executive Collaboration
The School of Business Mentor Program is designed to enhance the classroom experience and facilitate the student’s transition into the workplace. The Mentor Program strives to match the student applicant with a business representative working in the student’s area of career interest. Through this interaction, students gain an understanding of corporate culture, and career directions while enhancing the educational process as they become the next generation of business leaders.
