Heller College of Business Administration ( Heller College ) at Roosevelt University emphasizes professional integrity and social responsibility within its undergraduate BSBA and graduate business degrees. Our MBA provides realistic, broad-based managerial perspectives complemented by specialized areas of expertise ranging from traditional business fields to such cutting-edge fields as forensic accounting and real estate development. Heller College also offers specialized Master of Science degrees in Accounting, Human Resource Management, Information Systems, International Business, and Real Estate.

The Roosevelt University Heller College of Business has a mission to provide students with a career-oriented business education that emphasizes personal and professional integrity and stresses the social responsibility of business. The Roosevelt MBA represents continuous innovation and rethinking of what and how we teach. Since the focus of the learning process is a shared responsibility of students and instructors, our classes are small and the contact personal. MBA students work in teams on group projects, such as analyzing real-world business cases along with presentation of results and solutions. Each student contributes to the education of his or her colleagues by sharing their wealth of knowledge and expertise.  The Roosevelt MBA began in 1952 with commitment to continuously monitor and update the curriculum to meet the latest needs of the students.

The Roosevelt University Heller College of Business provides financial aid, scholarship opportunities, and is considered one of the most affordable private universities in the Midwest .

Roosevelt University has a reputation as a leader in curriculum development and practical scholarship.  The range of concentrations in the MBA allows students to choose a concentration directly in line with their academic interest and career goals.  Students may choose among 14 different concentrations, including Accounting, Business Fraud, Finance Human Resources Management, Information Systems, International Business, Management, Marketing, Real Estate, Risk Management, and Strategic Management.

MBA students may also select graduate courses across the university in other disciplines that include Hospitality Management, Integrated Marketing Communications, Managing Nonprofit Organizations, Public Administration/Health Services Administration, or Training and Development.

In addition to the prestigious North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, the Heller College is proud to have been accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs, an agency which has granted accreditation to only ten percent of the schools that apply for this distinction.

Roosevelt University has campuses in downtown Chicago across from Millennium Park and in the northwest suburb of Schaumburg near Woodfield Mall.  These two vibrant campuses provide excellent opportunities for students to pursue internships and secure employment.  Recently, Roosevelt graduates have been placed at Cole-Taylor Bank, Merrill Lynch, Deloitte & Touche, and Morgan Stanley. 

Roosevelt attracts students from 65 different countries and these international students account for four percent of the student body. In 2004 U.S. News & World Report named Roosevelt University as the Midwest 's most diverse private university. Roosevelt has 212 full-time faculty members, 80 percent of whom hold PhDs or the equivalent.  Last year, Roosevelt University professors wrote or contributed to the publication of 22 books, conducted 115 major University lectures and workshops, edited or reviewed 33 publications, published 113 essays, papers, and articles, as well as attended and presented at numerous national conferences.  Furthermore, the full-time faculty are complemented by practitioners who teaching evening courses within the MBA program.
