Our coffees are roasted and blended to order then vacuum sealed for freshness. Our coffee is delivered well within the time frames of "perfection for brewing." Ideally, coffees brewed within 10, but no more than 14 days, of roasting give the very best full bodied flavors. Bear Creek Licensees are not restricted to Corporate menu or marketing packages and have the leeway to elaborate or change menu items as fits their specific clientele.
